Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Future of Hospitality (“FOH”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who we are

Future of Hospitality is a strategic AI advisory based in Paris, France. We design and deploy bespoke AI concierge agents for premium and luxury independent hotels. For the purposes of GDPR, FOH acts as a data processor on behalf of our hotel clients (who are the data controllers) when handling guest data, and as a data controller for prospects and website visitors.

3. Why we process your data

We do not sell personal data. We do not enrich or profile guests using external public sources — we never “Google” a guest.

4. Legal basis

5. Third parties and sub-processors

To deliver the service we rely on the following processors. Each is bound by contractual data-protection commitments.

6. International transfers

Some of our processors are based outside the European Economic Area (notably in the United States). When data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards where required.

7. Data retention

Guest data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship between FOH and the hotel, plus the period needed to deliver a personalised experience across return stays — typically up to 36 months from the last interaction. Prospect data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

8. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including access controls, encryption in transit, restricted credentials, and regular review of our processors.

9. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email saraboukhaled@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

10. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will request consent first.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
